This shot shows how many flying police there are and the villain has no choice but to give up.
The expression on their faces shows how happy they are that they have found their victim.the shot shows that they are intimidating the man that they have found.they are also happy about how quickly they have caught him.
wide shot (ws)
This wide shot shows the scene where tom cruise first noticed that they are after him so he makes a run for it and want to get away as soon as possible so he needs to find somewhere where he can hide until the flying police have gone.The rusty car shows that no one usually passes through here. and this is a place where he can escape.
close up (cu)
This wide shot shows the scene where tom cruise is thinking of a way out of this trouble and we can see from his eyes that the police are suspicious about him so they are very careful of not losing him. Tom Cruise's face expression is very serious about this and does not know if he should run or not as the police have an advantage as they can fly whereas he can't.
